Paul Willis, 2nd Generation Owner
Don Willis Furniture
Paul grew up working at his dad's store - helping out, sweeping floors and finishing furniture. He left the area for several years but the lure of the furniture business brought him back! He took over the Don Willis Furniture in 1980 and has continued the family tradition of offering "Read Wood - Solid Value" to customers. Paul's greatest joy is in providing people choices in solid wood furniture that they just can't get any place else.
Paul added the Ballard store in 1997 and a new store in Tacoma in 2007. Under his leadership, Don Willis Furniture has grown to be the largest all-wood furniture business in the Northwest.
Mike Edwards, Manager
Lake City Store
Mike has been a part of the furniture business his entire life. His parents had four furniture stores in the San Francisco Bay area that specialized in solid wood. He grew up with "solid wood values"! When Mike came to Seattle he found a home working at Don Willis Furniture. He loves the family feeling of the business and the fact that he can stand behind the products. He really enjoys helping people get what they want for their homes. Mike has been the Manager at the Lake City store since 2000.
Corey Shay, Manager
Ballard Store
Corey is a Seattle native. he came to Don Willis Furniture at the recommendation of his cousin and has been here ever since! He started out on the sales team in 1999. Corey loves the furniture business and has an eye for trends. He really enjoys helping select furniture for the Ballard store and watching it become popular with customers. Corey has been the manager of the Ballard store since 2001.
Don Wroth, Manager
Tacoma Store
Don brings 17 years experience as manager at the Tacoma location - first under the original owner (Denny's Furniture) and now as manager of Don Willis Furniture's newest store. Don is excited to be able to offer Tacoma customers all the options available at Don willis Furniture - especially custom pieces made in the Northwest. He is an expert at providing great customer service and a welcome addition to the Don Willis Furniture family.
